Honey Cake

Yesterday was one of these days that you wake up super creative and want to make something for you and your family or friends. So after some digging up I found a recipe for Honey Cake which seemed pretty awesome.

It's normal to remain moist even after baking it, so there's no need to check if it's baked properly with a toothpick. Decorate your cake with cinnamon or honey for extra sweetness.

Χθες ήταν μια από αυτές τις μέρες που ξυπνάς πολύ δημιουργική και θες να φτιάξεις κάτι για σένα και την οικογένεια ή τους φίλους σου. Έτσι, μετά από λίγο ψάξιμο βρήκα μια συνταγή για Κέικ Μελιού που φάνηκε τέλεια.

Για τα υλικά και τη μέθοδο που θα ακολουθήσεις μπορείς να δεις το λινκ εδώ. Έχε στο νου σου ότι ακόμα και αν το μείγμα σου φαίνεται αρκετά νερουλό, μην αγχωθείς. Είναι φυσιολογικό και παραμείνει υγρό ακόμα και μετά το ψήσιμο, οπότε δε χρειάζεται να ελέγξεις με οδοντογλυφίδα αν έχει ψηθεί καλά. 

Διακόσμησε το κέικ σου με κανέλα ή μέλι για ένα εξτρα γλυκό αποτέλεσμα.
