Funfetti Chocolate Truffles

Hello there!

A few days ago I went to a friend's birthday party, where she served us Funfetti Chocolate Truffles and I was obsessed with them ever since! They are super easy to make, delicious and I think it's a pretty great idea if you have friends coming over or a party.

So, this is what you will need:

250 gr butter in room temperature

250 gr powdered sugar

500 gr crushed almond or walnuts

225 gr biscuits

1 tablespoon cocoa powder (without extra sugar)

Sprinkles

You crumble the biscuits, mix all the ingredients together and form the mixture into little balls.

 Then you put the sprinkles into a plate..

...and decorate your truffles with them until you are satisfied with how sprinkle-y your truffles are.

Put them in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight if you can.
