Today it was a really weird day full of unfinished studying, excitements but also disappointments..
However, I try to keep my good mood with the help of you and the Banana Muffins that I'm going to make in a few minutes..
What you will need:
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs and just the albumen of an egg
- 2 cups of flour
- a teaspoon salt
- a teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 of a cup sugar
you mix the flour, the salt, the sugar and the baking soda.. |
...then you mix the eggs and the minced bananas.. |
...then you mix them together.. |
..you put the mix in the muffin cups.. |
and finally you bake them in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes!! |
You can also decorate them with honey, cinnamon, chocolate truffle or jam..!! |
And there they are!! |
Bon appétit! And have an amazing weekend!

Loooks so tastyyyy ! <3
ReplyDeleteOhhh, so pretty, they look great! When I make banana muffins I put oats in them to make them just a tad healthier. I have the same pretty muffin wraps from IKEA :)
ReplyDeleteJust a tip for future great recipes : the albumen of the egg is commonly referred to as "egg white" in most english cookbooks! ie 1 egg white, 2 egg whites, etc.
Thanks for the great post sweetie!
